    Hello all,

I have a Ugreen DXP4800+.  I am running Jellyfin on Docker on the NAS.  I have followed the instructions to install through Portainer. I followed all the instructions through the following links.

    https://mariushosting.com/how-to-install...green-nas/

    https://mariushosting.com/how-to-install...green-nas/

    I used the following settings:

    services:
      jellyfin:
        image: jellyfin/jellyfin:latest
        container_name: Jellyfin-HT
        user: 1000:10
        environment:
          TZ: Central/Chicago
        volumes:
          - /volume1/docker/jellyfinht/configConfused-faceconfig:rw
          - /volume1/docker/jellyfinht/cacheConfused-facecache:rw
          - /volume1/docker/jellyfinht/logsConfused-facelogs:rw
          - /volume1/movies:/media:rw
          - /volume1/musicConfused-facemusic:rw
        devices:
          - /dev/dri/renderD128Confused-facedev/dri/renderD128
          - /dev/dri/card0Confused-facedev/dri/card0
        restart: on-failure:5
        network_mode: host

This is installed on my account and I am the administrator. Every time I try and map a movie folder I get "The path could not be found. Please ensure the path is valid and try again".  I have spent hours searching here and on the reddit Ugreen and Jellyfin forums and have tried lots of solutions to no avail. I figured I would come straight to the source for help.

Are you using Docker or Portainer? Both?

Do you have any access controls set for the volumes you created?

Per the website I linked above i followed the instructions to install docker, then portainer, then deploy jellyfin thought a portainer stack.

As far as I can tell I have access to the volumes I created. How can I check?

I'm not familiar with how Ugreen controls permissions.
