I updated my server last night (albiet without looking at the release documentation) but it seems to be stuck on the migration step. Initially I did have to go through the hassle of expanding my /var/log file space so that the server would stop bootlooping, but that has been corrected now. It has been "migrating" for about 10 hours now with no indication that it's actually doing anything.
My startup page shows this now

But it has not moved since I started. Seems to be stuck on CoreInitialization? Clicking on the log file just displays a white screen so I'm not really sure where to go to get a copy of the log file to upload. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up just uninstalling and reinstalling Jellyfin. Went through setup and am library scanning right now so I guess I worked around it. If anyone runs into this problem maybe theres another solution, but this seemed like the simplest to me.
