    Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Jellyfin server and would appreciate your help. Here’s my setup and the problem I'm encountering:

    Context:

[*]My Jellyfin server is set up on a Raspberry Pi and works perfectly for local access via http://IP_OF_MY_SERVER:8096
[*]I have configured a domain name (example: https://demo.jellyfin.org) using Cloudflare, which is used for secure HTTPS connections.
[*]Access works perfectly via a web browser (both locally and remotely using the secure URL https://demo.jellyfin.org).

    Problem:
    • When using the Jellyfin app on a mobile device (Android/iOS) or on Windows, I can only access the server via the local address (http://IP_OF_MY_SERVER:8096). The secure URL (e.g. https://demo.jellyfin.org) does not work in the app, and I receive a connection error.
What I Have Checked and Tried:
    1. The SSL certificate is issued by Cloudflare and is valid (tested with SSL Labs, receiving a grade B).
    2. Access via the URL https://demo.jellyfin.org works fine in a browser but does not work in the Jellyfin app.
    3. The Jellyfin app does not automatically detect the server via the domain, but it works using the local IP address.
Question: Is there a solution to allow the app to connect using the URL?

Are you using cloudflare tunnels or cloudflare proxying?
