"User Created" Notification Issues

Hello,

So I have a Pushover Webhook enabled and it works when reporting Playback having started.

I used the Pushover template found here and have been able to get notifications when a user starts a movie/episode.

I have "User Created" ticked off within the Webhook plugin settings but don't get notified when this happens. I'm not sure what the issue is here. The only thing I can think of is is that is in the official Jellyfin notification settings, (Dashboard->Advanced->Notifications) there is no option for "User Created" there. My thought is maybe I'm getting "Playback Started" because it is enabled within Jellyfin's Notification section and it's not even using the Webhook specific settings.

I mean it obviously is working since Pushover does receive notifications but only (for sure) the notifications that are also enabled "officially".

I hope I've been clear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've googled and looked on archived Reddit posts but haven't been able to get any clarity.

I just tried implementing Notifiarr (which I've had set up for a long while now for my Discord) and I tested the permissions and it worked just great.

When I created a new user it did not work at all.

I'm just confused. Is the "User Created" notification built into Jellyfin or what?

No?  These are the notifications I see in mine.

Yeah I have the same ones there but within the Webhook settings for Pushover integration it has a User Created notification. Why would it be there if it weren't possible to be notified?
Or are notifications strictly prohibited to those in the official Jellyfin Notifications listings?

I just tested Jellyfin 10.8.13 with Webhook plugin v11 and had no issue triggering the UserCreated event. I verified using https://webhook.site and sending all properties.

I don't personally use Pushover, so I recommend following the debug steps here to see if the additional logging provides any insight.

I'm using the same versions of both Jellyfin and the Webhook plugin as you are. I just tested at https://webhook.site and can see a playable started notification that was successfully triggered but nothing on the User Created notification.

I'm using the "AllInOne.handlebars" from the Pushover template. I also tried Notifiarr and successfully trigger playback but not user created.

I'll look into debugging.

Looks like it sends just fine but as soon as I push my pushover token in it stops sending it through.

What alternatives do you guys use for notifications? Since I'm having issues with Pushover specifically, I'm more than open to using something else.

I am able to get Playback Started notifications on Pushover and Ntfy (although the formatting is all off so I had to fix that) but only Discord (via Notifiarr) will notify about Created Users.
