User Login Error

Hi All,

Decided to give Jellyfin a go to hopefully replace Plex which I have never liked but when my users try to login with there username and password they get the following error message.

"You are not authorised to access the server at this time. Please contact system administrator for more information"

I have looked on this forum but cannot seem to find any clues.

My Server Setup Below as follows

Synology Nas DS1522+

Using Jellyfin v10.10.7-25 app from Synology community repository.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you look at a specific user do you have remote access enabled for that user?
