Is it posible to create a user who can see what media is present, but not able to stream them.

Idea being I want to be able to show people what I have, but dont want them to actually be able to watch it.

In Dashboard > User > Select user.  There is a box called "Allow media playback".  Uncheck it.

    No.

However, the "Forgot Password" currently needs an admin with access to the files on the server to do so. If someone uses that, they're prompted to open a json file located in Jellyfin's config folder for the reset pin.
