Your wifi card probably has a different IP address that what assigned to the Ethernet card. Also make sure the wifi network type in Windows is set to private.

you installed a new wifi card; on the machine running the jellyfin SERVER?

1.switch back to ethernet so you can access it; Dashboard->Networking->Bind to local network address
    (or any other erroneous ips)

    or

2.log in to your router and give the wifi mac address a reserved ip of the original server (remove from the ethernet)
(static ips are actually important for server machines any way)
