Real simple question, when I go into my library and click on the settings for an individual show/movie and click on "edit images", I can choose a cover from TVDB, IMDB, etc... or upload my own. I like to change my covers often just to keep my library fresh/unique. The covers from TVDB, IMDB, etc... are always quickly accessible just by clicking edit images and going to change it. But if I want to change it to one of my custom ones, usually official covers that haven't been uploaded to one of the mentioned sites, I have to find it every time in my folders and then upload it, even if it's a cover I've already used before. Where can I upload my custom covers/backdrops to so that they appear in that same screen as the ones from TVDB, IMDB, or the other sites I have set up so that they're easily accessible instead of having to keep a separate folder with all these random covers in it and upload them every time I want to use a specific cover. Is it as simple as throwing the images into the same folder that I uploaded the show/movie to? I see that is where the ones I download from IMDB and TVDB go but it seems that whenever I switch to a new cover/backdrop, the old one is deleted and replaced with the new one.

You can just put images, with the appropriate name, in the movie folder. The supported file names are documented here.

You will need to rescan the movie/show/library to get the new image to show.
