Here's the context.
I am running via Windows server. I am playing back on a Roku 4K Streaming stick and an Onn Roku 75" 4K TV
98% of my files will playback without any issue.
2% will either give a playback error or give a black screen.
After much searching from the old Reddit threads, I think the issue is transcoding from the box to the player. This 2% are Dual Audio 10 bit files (the only thing I can think of that is different from my other 1080 files)
Here's the question:
As I am running FFMPEG 5.1.3-3, if I were to upgrade to the current 6.0.4 release, will this break my setup overall? My reasoning for updating is to eliminate the transcoding bit all together. Newer decoder package, updated file info, thus easier playback. I haven't excused that this may be a Roku limitation by any means, but I just want to verify and the like, Feel me?
