I have given all users write access to /var/lib/jellyfin, and jellyfin-server is running as the jellyfin user but the issue still persists. I even tried deleting all metadata for the entire library and downloading it again but it's still those particular movies that won't load the metadata.

Wait I just solved it, all I needed to do was recursively give the write permission to all subdirectories not just the main /var/lib/jellyfin directory, I have no idea why write access was denied for only a few folders and not all of them, but it is fixed now. Thanks TheDreadPirate.
