    Hello as title suggest
    This video does not play on the samsung tv but it does play on windows and ios apps. I do now know what might be causing the issue. Please do ask questions if you need more info. Thank you

    The jellyfin log says its 21Mb is that normal?

    The server side logs look fine. 21MB is abnormally large. And a "busy" day for me results in a log about 380KB in size.

    In the Jellyfin CLIENT there is a setting to send error logs to the server. Enable that and see if it generates a log. It lands in the same directory as the server log.

    Can't seem to find that option in the client
