    Hi, some of my old video that i have cannot be played on Jellyfin but they works with VLC on PC.
    The error i get is this:

    I'd need to see the entire ffmpeg log. What you provided lacks some necessary information about how it is transcoding.

    Yes, please share it via pastebin.com.

    And also provide your hardware specs and OS.

    Uncheck low power encoding. It requires additional setup that I don't think you can do on DSM.
