    there are some files which just refuse to play on tv client, they run fine on phone or pc , its just a problem on tv client.

    So your iGPU isn't working properly as the server attempts to transcode. Did you follow the steps to set up QSV in the documentation?

    I'm assuming your other clients are direct playing the ASS subs in this file. But on your TV client it is burning in the ASS subs, which is where it appears to be failing.

    I don't see anything obviously wrong. Make sure you performed the steps regarding the Remote Session Environment policy in our docs.

    Also, can you tell us what Intel driver version is installed?
