I'm currently moving from Plex to Jellyfin. I have successfully installed Jellyfin on my Synology NAS, and now am trying to install the Jellyfin client on my Roku Ultra, but I can't find the client in the app menu on the Roku.
If I go to the Roku website, the button to add the app is greyed out.

Is there any way I can get the Jellyfin client installed on my Roku? The Plex client was simple to install, but I don't want to go back to Plex if I can avoid it.

    Thanks!

Have you tried using the "Roku Channel Store" link from this page: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-roku

I did try that, but the button on the Roku Channel Store is greyed out.

What OS version is installed on your Roku device?

Here's the details of my Roku:

    Model: 4660W - Roku Ultra
    Software Version: 14.6.4
    Build: 9914

I just tried changing the time zone to USA central time and removing then adding the Roku to my account, but it didn't help.

It seems all apps and channels on the Roku website are greyed out... But I can install a bunch (including Plex) from the menu in the Roku itself, except Jellyfin isn't there.

I too use a Roku Ultra in one of my rooms and don't have this issue.

In an incogneto tab, can you go to this URL and take a screenshot and post it back here. https://channelstore.roku.com/details/4d...3/jellyfin

Does the Jellyfin Legacy app show up for you at all?
    🤘 Enjoy

Where are you actually physically located? Roku seems to disable installation of apps if you're in an "unsupported location", and changing time zone settings likely wouldn't get around that.
    Specifics:
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (docker) on Debian 12.6 // N100 16GB
    Storage: Synology DS220+ CIFS mounts
Clients: Jellyfin4Kodi (Addon Mode), Android, Android TV, Roku, Symfonium
