Hello all
I just installed Jellyfin 10.11 as an app in truenas scale which in turn is installed a a bare server.
The app shows as running within truenas.
I go through the configuration process and add my libraries. Slowly the content are added.
at this point i come across 3 issues:
1. when i go to the dashboard the path section of the dashboard does not load and the progress bar just cycles and no content appears.
2. Once my libraries are loaded and i try to play a video or a music track i get: for music Playback failed the media is not supported by the client. meanwhile for videos i get a picture of the video and this block the web page
3. as i sign in as usual i click on quick connect copy the code and sigh in . once i singin i get a blanc screen. to get content i click on the person figure on top right corner click on anything and the the back arrow appears
If i try to play the media from the same source with vlc or media player both video and music play normally
Therefor what have i not configure properly during the install?
BTW all my music is either flac or mp3
whereas my videos are for the most part mkv and the rest avi and mp4
so, why does jellyfin presents a splash screen and freezes when trying to access videos or states that the file is incompatible when trying to play music?
I did not have these issues before should i just revert back to an older version?
