Does the 10.9 test version work with the android app?

I tried 10.9 a few months ago and google tv app didn't work, but I was wondering since 10.9 has officially been released for testing if the android app would work.

10.8.12 (partial hardware transcoding)
Orange PI 5 - 4GB ram & NVME boot drive
2 external drives (SSD & NVME)
