Apple TV 4K 3rd generation finally capable of audio passtrough?

I have a 3rd gen Apple Tv & am able to passthrough Dolby Atmos via earc. I'm not sure if Swiftfin (Jellyfin's app) handles Dolby Atmos but I use Infuse 7 as a client & it works great
