I think the problem isn't the plugin. Its the plugin repo.
Go to /etc/jellyfin/system.xml and remove the lines associated with that plugin repo.
Or, do it from the GUI. It looks like Jellyfin is starting up and running. Dashboard > Plugins > Repositories.
