You have a couple options. Simply port forward port 8096 on your router to your Jellyfin server. Then use your DDNS address to access Jellyfin.
But we do recommend using a reverse proxy and setting up https. Caddy is, by far, the simplest reverse proxy and automates the certificate request process.
