Collections don't have thumbnails

@ca2ju - theguymadmax posted the solution. You need to install the TMDB Box set plugin. The default plugins, including the plain TMDB plugin, that come with Jellyfin will not retrieve collection poster. But the TMDB Box set plugin will retrieve collection poster.
