Yes. The same. And just now trying with another BDRemux in 8 profile with high bitrate(76500 kbps) and Jellyfin plays it with Dolby Vision layer(
), with AC3 audio in container (there is also DTS audio track in it, but I played with AC3) and facing the same stop of the video, and sometimes it can stops and not continue so that I have to relunch movie. Plex plays this file in HDR without stopping... 
TV connected by Wi-fi, not LAN cable.
