Show titles for all images?

Regarding the titles, there is a check box in the library settings called "Prefer embedded titles over filenames". Is that checked?

Not sure if checking the above box will remove the folder name.

AFAIK, there is no way to sort by the date the photo was taken, which I'm assuming is a metadata tag.

If home photos/videos are a big part of your Jellyfin usage, I'd honestly recommend that you consider another dedicated photo app for this use case.
