Running Windows 10 on;

HP Z840
single Xeon E5 2620 v3
64gb DDR4
Geforce GTX 1650

I came back from a few days away and found that it wouldn't play an episode. I can navigate around the UI but when i press play nothing happens. Have attached logs, any ideas?

EDIT:
Release 0.15.12 of JellyFin
Appears to play after some time (30seconds) in extremely poor quality, ~360p.
Running server not in a docker (yet)
