Hi, I want to be able to access Jellyfin outside of my network, and I have been able to. I have a DNS, and use Caddy to map it to the correct port. I recently needed to factory reset my router, and since then I have been unable to connect to Jellyfin from any device outside of my network. I opened the ports in my router settings, my DNS is up and working, I have the correct network settings in Jellyfin, and I even checked my Caddy file, and I'm just confused as to what I should do.
I have a Verizon router hooked up to a mesh system, and the strangest thing happens. When I put in my external IP address, or the DNS I'm using on my server computer, it redirects me to my router's settings. Not the router of the mesh system I'm connected to, but my Verizon router. Could that be blocking connections? I opened ports on that router too, and even tried changing ports, but no matter what port I map it to it will always direct me to my router settings when trying to connect to it on my server computer. I haven't been desperate enough to try connecting to my DNS on my server computer before, so I don't know if this would have happened after the reset, so is that normal? How can I fix it?
