Are you only having issues logging in on Jellyfin Media Player? If so, you can try clearing the JMP cache and removing existing JMP tokens in the server.

C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local. Delete both "jellyfinmediaplayer" and "Jellyfin Media Player" folders.

In a browser, go to your Jellyfin and go to Dashboards > Devices. Delete all the JMP tokens listed.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage

Can you share your jellyfin server log via pastebin?

Is Jellyfin running on the host you are trying to access it from? If so, right click on the Jellyfin tray app and there should be an option to "show logs".

Did you install the server? Jellyfin Media Player requires a jellyfin server. Which is completely separate from Jellyfin Media Player (which is a client).
