    Hallo!
Wo liegt mein Gedankenfehler? Danke für jeden Tipp!

    Hello! I'm a new Jellyfin user, running Jellyfin 10.11.5 on Debian, and I've already added several movies and TV series. Now I want to add "Das Traumschiff" (The Dream Ship) as a series, but it's not finding any episodes. My path is: Series/Traumschiff (1981)/ and the filename is something like "Das Traumschiff (1981) - S01E002 - Marrakesch.mkv". Where am I going wrong? Thanks for any help!

    Does any of your other working tv-shows have the same naming convention?

    And does the show actually have episode numbers in the hundreds? Thinking the fault could lie there, normally there are less than 99 episodes in a season, and maybe jellyfin expects the format S01E02 and not S01E002.

    You have probably already seen the info here: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows/

    EDIT: I googled it, and according to imdb it does indeed have over 100 episodes. And further googling shows that jellyfin does indeed have issus with this.
    You might as well try to report it as a bug and maybe something can be done, but that is the extent of my knowledge on the matter.

    Try to remove the hypens '-' to test if it will show up.
    In the Movie-Category this sign will cause the everything that follows to be seen as a 'tag'/'version' of the file.

    "Das Traumschiff (1981) - S01E002 - Marrakesch.mkv" -> "Das Traumschiff (1981) S01E002 - Marrakesch.mkv"

    @ArneR is right with the file names, This is the way they should be formatted.
