Of course there are a lot of ways to organize your files and folders. But it is impossible to code to correctly identify with every way of doing things.
IMO, for content where online metadata exists, there is no point in "organizing" your folders if you are exclusively using an platform like Jellyfin to watch your content. I was also stuck in this mindset initially, but realized there was no point if Jellyfin is my sole point of contact for these files. Might as well make my life easier.
For what you are suggesting, you can create multiple separate libraries or collections to get a similar division of content.
