Sadly, none of this worked out for me. Anybody have actually working solution?
I was able to get to unofficial marketplace using this link
    https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?showtopi...=127612000
Sadly, there is no "+" button, and placed there jellyfin installation is not working (other apps do work though).
I tried installing repositories in Linux, and this python one - but I see only blank screen in tv.
My tv is 85A6BG - I am thinking about software downgrade now.

Everything seemes to work but just like Jasper7777 the App does not show up on the homescreen.
I think it may be because i recently updated my TV. Im now sadly running the new VIDAA OS 9 (V000.09.01X.P0603).
I think they may have patched the installer.

    Thank you for your work.

I can only agree with the previous speakers, Jasper7777 and kngtr. With the new VIDAA OS 9, it seems that it is no longer possible to install Jellyfin or other PWAs.
I have tried to install it several times, both self-hosted and hosted.
The Angular Toast “Successfully installed” message appears, but the icon is missing from the Home menu.

I signed up just to say I was able to successfully install Jellyfin after downgrading firmware on my 55U8KQTUK (This is an EU based model).

P0603 did not have the Hisense_installApp function available so I downgraded to N0519(The earliest firmware I could find) with no problems. This allowed me to install Jellyfin no problem using https://github.com/camellan/vidaa-appstore. I also flashed firmware O0904 (which is a later firmware), This also allowed me to install Jellyfin with no problem.

It would be useful if anyone has any early "P" firmwares so that we can find the last firmware that the function "Hisense_InstallApp" was accessible on the TV's. (or even hisense: //debug in web browser with firmware earlier than N). We'll then have a range of firmwares, and possibly might be able to suggest specific firmwares (based off of bugs(or fixed bugs)/features(or removal of features)/security updates)

I am also seeing other comments saying the browser doesn't load anything - if you are self hosting, make sure you are adding the correct port for http or https (with the python app, it's whatever you defined in config.json)
