    Dear reader,

Currently, Jellyfin transcodes on the OS drive, because everything is installed there, however, I want to have it transcode to some other folder and serve the transcoded file from there. Do you have any guides, recommendations, etc?

    Thanks in advance!

Yep. That is where it is located.

Thanks! I was able to locate the setting. I am confused about how I missed it entirely.

Next question, whenever I change the folder to something else the video can't be sent to the viewer. It's weird, because from the same drive I also stream movies directly, and Jellyfin has write/read permissions to this drive. Anything I am missing?

I was able to fix it! Turns out there was a permission group typo!
