I appreciate the Vue client isn't ready yet, with many features still being missing.

That being said, I was just looking around to see if there was an official plan for if the Vue client was expecting to replace the web client and I couldn't find anything on it.

I don't believe there is a timeline for making Vue widely available any time soon. Definitely not 2023.

The vue client will not replace the existing web client. The two clients have different goals (existing web client implements everything, vue client does not) and compatibility (vue client only targets modern browsers while the existing web client also supports old devices like webos).
We are looking into ways to make the install easier (e.g. switch the default web client), but no decisions have been made in that regard.
