it's happened again. Fresh install of Jellyfin. It seems to work fine until I reboot my computer. Running it on Windows 11. Last time I think it was suspected that there are two different copies of the DB file somehow.... Because even editing the system.xml file to change the startupwizard entry doesn't work to reset the password. And this time I made MULTIPLE users and none of them work.

I have this is the 3rd time I have uninstalled everything and re-installed/resetup Jellyfin.
The version of Jellyfin you are running (e.g. 10.8.10): 10.10.1
Your installation method and platform (e.g. Linux Docker, Debian repository, Windows installer, etc.): Windows Installer
A brief description of the issue as your thread subject, using the description for additional important context only if required: See above
A full explanation of what is happening, versus what you expect to happen: See above
What client(s) you are using and how the issue manifests: I have tried several browsers and all are the same. I have tried INCOGNITO mode as well.
Any other context you might think is relevant: Only happens on Windows installs. This never happened to me when I was on Ubuntu.
