I am running jellyfin 10.10.3

Restart jellyfin if it has been up for a while. I don't see anything in the log that points to an obvious problem.

i saw something of "Packet duration: -16 / dts: 154425320 is out of range" was thinking it is coming from this
i have restarted many timed but still have the issue.

That error SHOULDN'T be the cause of this problem.
I'm assuming you've tried videos that USED to work, correct? Can you share the main jellyfin log via pastebin? Preferably the entire thing.

yes i have tried video that used to work . when i put the video,the video flashes then goes blank and i stay with the sound only. i am trying to use pastebin but the length of the jellyfin log file is exceeded.

Uninstall or disable the playback reporting plugin, restart Jellyfin, then try again.
