Hmmm - well it has permissions for the library but i'm unsure about the config directory.
When I set up Jellyfin originally it was trying to use the "apps" user but it couldn't connect to the SMB share I set up, even with permissions set.
So I created a seperate user with the right permissions and used that instead ("3000") and it worked fine from there.
I will try to change it back to the original "apps" and see if that makes any differences.
If it was a permission thing though surely the file wouldn't load at all, and not get 14 minutes in then stall? I'm thinking more and more it's a corrupt video (although sorting out any other issues is still super helpful!)
