okay so, I just need to change that and then reproduce the issue, right?
After that, I should leave logging.default.json like it was?

I wouldn't leave it on debug logging. It produces A LOT of log entries.

Hi! I could get something related to my playlist.
It was named "Recomendadas para halloween" or "Recomendadas halloween"... I know it's large, so I decided to upload it on pixeldrain, because pastebin wouldn't fit. Thanks in advance https://pixeldrain.com/u/WfG9kHqd In the file you can see this: [2024-09-27 18:10:17.193 +02:00] [INF] [25] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Removing item, Type: "Folder", Name: "Decker", Path: "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\playlists\Decker", Id: f9bf8fff-e34a-e70e-2368-b249e3b91875 [2024-09-27 18:10:17.200 +02:00] [INF] [25] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Removing item, Type: "Folder", Name: "Recomendadas Halloween", Path: "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\playlists\Recomendadas Halloween", Id: 66a2d1e7-963b-6cda-124c-8a6881c62fd6 [2024-09-27 18:10:17.207 +02:00] [INF] [25] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Removing item, Type: "Playlist", Name: "Recomendadas para Halloween", Path: "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\playlists\Recomendadas para Halloween", Id: 84fde3e9-d1de-337a-57f9-c0d729a48095 Don't know why it says "Removing item"...

Do you have other apps accessing and or modifying the file? I'm not sure why files on your C drive would become inaccessible unless another app was modifying the file.

as far as I know, I have no apps, only teamviewer to access to the machine in the distance...

Any other thoughts?
Are you able to create a "playlist" and don't remove it after a single scan?

I've never had a playlist disappear. Both playlists created in Jellyfin and m3u playlists in my library folders.

Probably we are not talking to the same thing?
I'm not saying librarys, i'm saying playlist with the next steps: right click to a movie, add to playlist, create a new playlist... etc... I'm not native english, but I just needed to clarify that. EDIT: I marked it as solution, sry for that

I tried to reinstall, but no luck on that...
I could get new logs about this (now I understand how to get them everytime) and I can't see any reason for why Emby.Server.Implementations is deleting it (in this case is test and adDASF): 02:28:53.803 +02:00] [INF] [25] Jellyfin.Plugin.PlaybackReporting.Data.PlaybackTracker: PlaybackTracker : Adding Stop Event : 09/30/2024 02:28:53 [2024-09-30 02:28:53.805 +02:00] [INF] [25] Jellyfin.Plugin.PlaybackReporting.EventMonitorEntryPoint: Saving playback tracking activity in DB [2024-09-30 02:28:54.298 +02:00] [INF] [30] Jellyfin.Plugin.KodiSyncQueue.EntryPoints.UserSyncNotification: Started user data sync [2024-09-30 02:28:55.454 +02:00] [INF] [30] Jellyfin.Plugin.KodiSyncQueue.EntryPoints.UserSyncNotification: User Data Sync: User "Jolaru21" ("40d32112038b4e16b9a8c68b3a1a280a") posted 2 updates [2024-09-30 02:28:55.456 +02:00] [INF] [30] Jellyfin.Plugin.KodiSyncQueue.EntryPoints.UserSyncNotification: Finished user data sync, taking "00:00:01.1554489" [2024-09-30 02:29:23.232 +02:00] [INF] [30] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS "192.168.1.18" request [2024-09-30 02:29:41.574 +02:00] [INF] [33] Jellyfin.Drawing.ImageProcessor: Creating image collage and saving to "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\cache\temp\bde7fbf16def47b3b30c1757bed8ccdb.png" [2024-09-30 02:29:41.892 +02:00] [INF] [33] Jellyfin.Drawing.ImageProcessor: Completed creation of image collage and saved to "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\cache\temp\bde7fbf16def47b3b30c1757bed8ccdb.png" [2024-09-30 02:29:56.049 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS "192.168.1.18" closed [2024-09-30 02:29:56.363 +02:00] [INF] [6] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS "79.116.39.18" request [2024-09-30 02:29:58.552 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS "79.116.39.18" closed [2024-09-30 02:29:58.795 +02:00] [INF] [6] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS "79.116.39.18" request [2024-09-30 02:30:01.573 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\collections" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.577 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "E:\Series" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.579 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Pelis\Peliculas intocables" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.581 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "E:\Anime\Peliculas" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.583 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "E:\Anime\Series" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.585 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Docuseries" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.586 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Series y Peliculas Animadas" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.588 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Docupelis" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.590 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Pelis\Cine Clásico" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.591 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.IO.LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path "F:\Pelis\Conciertos" [2024-09-30 02:30:01.594 +02:00] [INF] [27] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Validating media library [2024-09-30 02:30:03.977 +02:00] [INF] [21] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Removing item, Type: "Folder", Name: "test", Path: "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\playlists\test", Id: 1b4cc9f8-9b47-e2f8-89c0-1dc068ac88e6 [2024-09-30 02:30:03.993 +02:00] [INF] [21] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Removing item, Type: "Playlist", Name: "adDASF", Path: "C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Jellyfin\data\playlists\adDASF", Id: 2e144f17-51a4-7ce0-b7e3-0ed38b993cef EDIT: I found that I'm not the only one: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/12008

Ah. Ok. I definitely misunderstood. This has to be a playlist permission issue.
I haven't been able to reproduce. I either have permissions from the start or not (for imported playlists). I've never had it give me permission then take it away later. |
