Show not showing up where do i start?

I have a show in a folder and have for 5 month, it's not showing up in jellyfin. Not exactly sure why. Sonarr downloaded the tv show so formatting should be right its a .mkv file type. This makes me wonder what else has been downloaded but not showing up. Any way i can get this added or figure out whats wrong.

Double check that jellyfin has read access to the file. Double check that the file and folder names conform to our documented expectations for Jellyfin.

Is there a way to share a little more securely. The logs have my external url. Maybe im not understanding how to use the source bin site.

open in text editor; search and replace; "mydomainhere.co.uk" -> "thisisnotmydomain.cc"

Did you move a folder or something? Did a drive unmount?

No, the Mount point has not moved or changed and the fileserver has been up for months. is it possible something else is causing this?
