Did you ever go through the setup wizard again? Remember, this is a fresh reinstall. NONE of your previous credentials will work without going through the setup wizard.

Stop jellyfin, open /etc/jellyfin/system.xml in a text editor, set IsStartupWizardComplete to false, start jellyfin.

When you access jellyfin in your browser, make sure there isn't anything after the port number.

I know a lot of people will bookmark the URL that includes "home.html", which may be preventing the startup wizard from appearing.
