Good day,
I have a Jellyfin 10.9.7 instance running in a Docker container. My family accesses it pretty constantly all day from various clients, including various models of Roku as well as a few iPads (running Jellyfin Mobile).
Two of these iPads are 9th generation running iPadOS 17.5.1.
Jellyfin Mobile is 1.5.0 (5.5.0.0), Expo Version: 43.0.0
The issue: If the iPad has Jellyfin Mobile launched and they set it down to go do something else, when they come back - it does not connect to the Jellyfin server. The only way to fix it (so far) is to restart the iPad.
My other clients (Roku, WebOS, browser) do not have any issues.
Been using Jellyfin for several years now with no issue, so troubleshooting it is not something I'm super familiar with. That said, I am an IT professional so I have been looking at logs (most of which mean very little to me). I'd welcome any input or ideas.
I also did search the forum here (and Reddit) for anyone else having similar issues, and didn't see anything.
Thanks in advance!
