I'm using jellyfin server on docker on xpenology. Since intel dropped opencl support for lower versions of kernel, I couldn't use tone mapping. Then i found vulkan tone mapping will be available on jellyfin 10.9, bt it was only for amd amf. is there any way to use vulkan tone mapping in intel qsv? or should I have to move jellyfin container to other machine?

Vulkan tonemap is a bit too heavy for these Intel iGPUs, and it's also kernel version dependent, I'm not even sure if they are supported by the 4.x kernel.

With OpenCL you have two options:
    1. Downgrade to an older compute-runtime version such as 23.13.xxxxx.xx.
    2. Report this regression to Intel. https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/issues/740
