    Hello!

I am trying to figure out why the metadata being pulled from MovieDB (and IMDB) isn't correct - specifically for The Office - Season 4. I have tried using the IMDB ID and the MovieDB ID (both show the same episodes btw) and both have the same problem.

I verified the ID is correct but Jellyfin does not show what MovieDB shows. MovieDB shows 14 episodes in season 4 (same with the bluray I pulled from), but jellyfin has more and in different order. Although weirdly enough, the thumbnails for each episode are correct. Any thoughts on this?

I am attaching screenshots of what I mean.

I've been anomalously lurking on this community for a few years and I appreciate all of you!

just a Guess...Do you have sort titles filled in? There is the Title, Original Title and Sort Title. It think this is normally for something like when they air a show in a different order than the DVD release or something, but maybe you got some bad values in there...

I do not have sort titles on any level, no. By that I mean, the Show, Season, and Episode levels. Maybe I could utilize those to fix them?

I figured it out. For anyone looking back on this, I realized there were different episode groups within theMovieDB and it turns out Jellyfin remains the best and lets you select which group that is manually.

The only group to show 14 episodes in season 4 was Superfan (Digital) so I chose digital in the display order dropdown within the show metadata settings and that fixed that problem!

See attached screenshots to see what I mean. Thanks all
